fabulous hot pool, cold pool, sauna room
The overly bright lighting in the dining area ruined any chance of a romantic meal!!! The inconsiderate choice of music felt more like a café than a luxury retreat!!!

Here’s the good and the not-so-good
Stunning views complemented by attentive staff made for a memorable stay. The thermal pools were a delightful escape, providing relaxation and comfort during my visit.
The room size was smaller than expected and felt a bit outdated. Limited amenities in the shower added to the overall feeling of cramped space.

The beautiful location of the hotel left me in awe. I loved the stunning view from my room, overlooking the village hot spring. The breakfast spread stood out with its wide selection of quality items, including delightful homemade jams. The thermal pools were perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. they provided a soothing experience. accessing the pool/spa was an issue. There was no prior notice about a therapy session happening, which led to some rude interactions with a guest who was using the pool. It felt a bit frustrating not to have clear communication from the staff regarding the situation.

We had a lovely time, with clean rooms and a fabulous spa experience. Really enjoyed the hot springs after a long day of cycling. some staff at breakfast were a bit off, like they didn't wanna be there. nice place to unwind!

Charming Location with Room for Improvement
The enchanting views from our room added magic to our stay. The spa facilities were delightful, but the indoor pool felt cramped, especially on busy weekends. A more personal touch from staff would have elevated our dining experience. For future guests, explore the village early for a peaceful atmosphere.
